Once again, Assistant Chief Garrett Vogel mentored Big Picture High School student Ty Thorshiem on aspects of fire department operations. This is Garrett’s and Ty’s second year in the program which built on the fundamentals that were studied in 2014/2015. Ty has career aspirations to become a firefighter.
