The State of Colorado has implemented new wildfire risk assessment codes that affect property owners in our district. Use the interactive map below to determine your property's wildfire risk rating.

Understanding Risk Levels:
- No Color: Standard wildfire risk requirements
- Yellow: Moderate risk - additional mitigation required
- Orange: High risk - enhanced building standards and vegetation management
- Red: Extreme risk - most stringent requirements for building materials and defensible space
